In less than two weeks, thousands of residents and visitors will gather along the Jacksonville Beach oceanfront to celebrate the July 4 holiday. City officials are warning revelers to keep out of the dunes as high tide is expected at 8 p.m., just an hour before the fireworks launch off the fishing pier at 9 p.m.
