NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Neptune Beach will be accepting sealed bids in triplicate for Fencing Replacement Project at The City of Neptune Beach Water Tower located at 1323 Florida Boulevard, Neptune Beach Florida, 32266. The removal, replacement of the fencing and all costs associated should be in the official bid. Please include a resume of past projects of this scope to include references and contact information for references. Please include number of years in industry.  All blanks on the Bid Form must be completed and the Bid Form must be signed by an individual authorized to act on behalf of the Bidder. Alterations must be initialed by an individual authorized to act on behalf of the Bidder. A Bid price must be indicated for each Bid item and unit price item in the provided Bid Form. In the case of optional alternates, the words “No Bid” “No Change,” or “Not Applicable” may be entered. The selected bidder shall furnish, unless otherwise noted, all necessary permits, labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary for a functional and complete system ready for intended use. All measurements are approximate, we would urge potential bidders to do their own due diligence on measurements. We would encourage all potential bidders to visit the site by appointment only. All bids are final and are due no later than 2 pm on 29 May 2024. No electronic bids will be accepted. All bids are to be sealed and hand delivered in triplicate prior to the date and time listed above. Bids can be delivered at Neptune Beach City Hall 116 First St. Neptune Beach Florida 32266 ATTN. City Clerk. All bids are to include all applicable licenses and insurances. The City of Neptune Beach reserves the right to reject or accept bids for any reason. Certified minority business enterprises or minority persons are encouraged to timely submit their Bid for this project consistent with the terms of this Notice. Bids will not be valid unless received in triplicate by the Bid deadline. Sealed packages should be mailed or delivered in person marked on the outside so that it is distinguishable from regular mail and package deliveries with the notation “BID ENCLOSED – CONB Bid No. 2024-04 Water Tower Fencing Replacement Project to be opened at 2:00 p.m., local time, Wednesday, May 29, 2024” addressed to the City Clerk, 116 1st St., Neptune Beach, Fl. 32266, so as to guard against opening prior to the date and time set therefor.
