HarborChase of Jacksonville has announced that Rob Taylor, the community's director of hospitality and chef, has been named an HRA Top Chef following the inaugural Chef's Fare Academy held last month in Vero Beach.
Taylor, along with two other members of the winning team, earned the title at a competition following two days of in-depth training.
