The Beaches Fine Arts Series presents the Kenari Quartet in a free concert Sunday, March 10, at St. Paul’s by-the-Sea Episcopal Church in Jacksonville Beach. Doors open at 3:15 p.m., with the concert at 4 p.m. Seating is first-come, first-served. A reception will follow with an art exhibit by Hillary Hogue.
