Hunter Crain’s heart has always been filled with sports. His old heart, at least. Crain had spent most of the past three years on the heart transplant list, a decision doctors made late in 2013 as a result of Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (LFHS) and a severely dilated right atrium, a complication of multiple heart surgeries Crain had as a child.
