SMITH, MICHAEL DAVID

Michael David Smith, 33, passed away December 19, 2016. He was born on June 30, 1983 in Jacksonville, FL. Mike was a 2001 graduate of Fletcher High School; he enjoyed golf, basketball and the Florida Gators. 
Mike is survived by his father, Peter (Paige) Smith; mother, Michelle Smith; brother, Ryan Smith; step-sisters, Heather and Arianne Sutherland, and a large loving extended family.
