MASSEY, ROBERT A. “BOB”

Robert A. “Bob” Massey, 59, passed away July 7, 2016. Born in Pittsburgh, PA, he was a longtime resident of both Jacksonville and Jacksonville Beach. Bob served in the US Navy stationed on board the USS Saratoga. After leaving the Navy, he worked for the City of Jacksonville Beach, Parks and Recreation Dept.
He is survived by his mother, Anne Lynch; sons, David Massey (Aubrey) and Michael Massey; daughter, Christina Massey; step-daughter, Stephanie Williams; grandsons, Gage Leone, Lyric Adkinson, Theign Tuminello and Aizen Tuminello; and a large extended family in Pittsburgh.
Private services will be held in McMurray, PA at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home, 1701 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville Beach.
