Policy on park gates under review in Atlantic Beach

The Atlantic Beach City Commission will discuss automating the gates at Dutton Island and Tideview Parks to prevent users at the parks from getting locked in as the gates are locked an hour after sunset.  Automating the gates is one of three options to be discussed on Monday and is the only option that will result in an expense to the city – $25,000.
