Karen Anthes, a fifth grade teacher at Neptune Beach Elementary, is on a mission to make a difference in the lives of at-risk youth at her school and she is encouraging others to join her growing army. Anthes kicked off the Mentors Making a Difference program at Neptune Beach Elementary at the beginning of the 2015-2016 school year, recruiting volunteers within the community to serve as mentors…
